You have resistance to lightning and thunder damage.

Powerful Build

You have Advantage on any ability check you make to end the Grappled condition. You also count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity.

Titan Growth

Starting at character level 5, you can change your size to Large as a Bonus Action if you’re in a big enough space. This transformation lasts for 10 minutes or until you end it (no action required). For that duration, you have Advantage on Strength checks, and your Speed increases by 10 feet. Once you use this trait, you can’t use it again until you finish a Long Rest.

Lightning Redirection

When you are dealt lightning damage, you can use a reaction to redirect the lightning towards a direction of your choice. You must make a constitution saving throw equal to the attackers spell save DC. When you do so make a ranged attack up to 120 feet and add your Dexterity modifier + proficiency bonus to your roll. On a success the target takes as much lightning damage equal to what was supposed to be dealt.

Cloud Mover

You know the Lightning Lure cantrip. Starting at 3rd level, you can cast the Fog Cloud spell with this trait, without requiring a material component. Starting at 5th level, you can also cast the Misty Step spell. Once you cast fog cloud or misty step with this trait, you can’t cast that spell with it again until you finish a long rest. You can also cast either of those spells using any spell slots you have of the appropriate level.

Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma is your spell casting ability for these spells when you cast them with this trait (Choose when you select this species).

Thunder Strikes

When you hit a target with an attack roll and deal damage to it, you can also deal 1d10 thunder damage to that target.
