Cannot drag & drop world articles

Description

I have been trying to organize the articles, and have been coming across a few issues, the first being that I seem to be unable to drag & drop articles anymore, for some reason? . An additional one being a 404 issue, which another user seems to also have reported, but trying to open their page also causes a 404, oddly enough, so I will not re-report this issue, and hope that it's noted in the other post.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to Articles & World > Try to drag items.

Just wanted to provide an update. I am unsure why, but it seems to be working now. I didn't change anything, but it works! So maybe it was a response/connectivity issue on my end?
