If you surprise a creature and hit it with an attack during the first round of combat, the target takes an extra 2d6 damage from the attack.\r\n\r\nBrute Force. When you hit a hostile creature with an attack, you can roll one of the weapon\u2019s damage dice one additional time and add it to the damage of your attack. Once you have used this ability, you must complete a short or long rest before you can use it again.\r\n\r\nBugbear Armor Training. You are proficient with medium armor and shields.\r\n\r\nDarkvision. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.\r\n\r\nBardic Inspiration\r\nYou can inspire others through stirring words or music. To do so, you use a Bonus Action on Your Turn to choose one creature other than yourself within 60 feet of you who can hear you. That creature gains one Bardic Inspiration die, a d6.\r\n\r\nOnce within the next 10 minutes, the creature can roll the die and add the number rolled to one ability check, Attack roll, or saving throw it makes. The creature can wait until after it rolls The D20 before deciding to use the Bardic Inspiration die, but must decide before the DM says whether the roll succeeds or fails. Once the Bardic Inspiration die is rolled, it is lost. A creature can have only one Bardic Inspiration die at a time.\r\n\r\nYou can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (a minimum of once). You regain any expended uses when you finish a Long Rest.\r\n\r\nYour Bardic Inspiration die changes when you reach certain levels in this class. The die becomes a d8 at 5th level, a d10 at 10th level, and a d12 at 15th level.\r\n\\\r\nSpellcasting\r\nYou have learned to untangle and reshape the fabric of reality in harmony with your wishes and music. Your Spells are part of your vast repertoire, magic that you can tune to different situations. See chapter 10 for the general rules of Spellcasting and chapter 11 for the bard spell list.\r\n\r\nFeature: Hired Blade\r\nYou are a soldier of fortune, a fighter who sells his services to the highest bidder. You roam towns and cities in search of a place where your unique set of talents are useful; whether for a lord hunting a group of bandits, or a local barkeep tired of the goblin infestation in his cellar, you can always find some work if you look hard enough. The job itself should not matter much for a person like you, at least that is what others believe. Therefore, other less admirable and shunned upon jobs sometimes arrives at your lap, giving you the choice and the problem of figuring a way to compromise between your ethics and your job.","total_spell_slots_1":"","total_spell_slots_2":"","total_spell_slots_3":"","total_spell_slots_4":"","total_spell_slots_5":"","total_spell_slots_6":"","total_spell_slots_7":"","total_spell_slots_8":"","total_spell_slots_9":"","arms_and_equipment":"","class_features":"","creatures_and_mounts":"","possessions_and_property":"","racestatblock":"","retinue":"","spellbook_0_level_spells":"","spellbook_1_level_spells":"","spellbook_2_level_spells":"","spellbook_3_level_spells":"","spellbook_4_level_spells":"","spellbook_5_level_spells":"","spellbook_6_level_spells":"","spellbook_7_level_spells":"","spellbook_8_level_spells":"","spellbook_9_level_spells":"","hit_points_current":"","temporary_hit_points":"","hit_dice_used":"","xp":"","inspiration":"","temporary_hit_points_current":"","conditions":"","class_resource_remaining":"","available_1st_level_spellslots":"","available_2nd_level_spellslots":"","available_3rd_level_spellslots":"","available_4th_level_spellslots":"","available_5th_level_spellslots":"","available_6th_level_spellslots":"","available_7th_level_spellslots":"","available_8th_level_spellslots":"","available_9th_level_spellslots":"","tags":"","isShared":"on","templateId":"404","blockId":"242859"}
