Charges: This spellbook has 5 charges and regains 1d4+1 expended charges every ten-day.   Spellcasting Focus: While holding the book, you can use it as a Arcane Focus for your spells. Any spell you cast using the book gains a special somatic component: you must reach into the book and “pull” the spell out of it. The spell attaches to your skin like a tattoo until used.   The book grants a +1 to spell save DC and spell attack bonus. Any spell you cast from the book uses your spell save DC and spell attack bonus.   Tome of Knowledge: This book behaves like a wizard’s spellbook which allows you to store and add spells to it. However, it will only accept spells and other magical notes of a certain caliber. It absorbs or destroys all other spells, arcane notes, and regular writing that are deemed unworthy.
