Healer's Hands

You have hands fit for the more precise movements required to give furthering medical care beyond first aid. Using a Healer's Kit as a Utilize action, you can expend one of its uses to do 2 of the following of your choice:
- Heal a creature other than yourself for 1d4 x proficiency bonus x 2 HP
- If the creature has a Grievous Wound from a critical strike against them, you can remove one of these Grievous Wounds with a successful DC 13 Medicine check
- Reduce the number of successful death saves needed by 1 for an unconscious creature to be revived
