Description

The leadership of the Goblin species is predicated on power. What many don't know is that it also is decided by the cunning and clever planning of the sneakiest "git" of their kind. Essentially, that means that a Goblin's perception of who is boss depends on the strength and physical resistance they offer as well as an intelligent mind to back up their calculated aggression. The Sloms-Nobz are the beginning of that understanding, and as such portray it to the best of their ability. They work within the lower dwellings of the Goblin populace, yet they are exceptional leaders at what they do, and typically are offered a vast amount of manpower and prestige, since it is the early stage of their own legacies.   These little Goblin lords use the Pinkraznar, a longsword that is a more refined version of the Pinkraz, a standardized form of the Goblin army's sword. With this weapon, they assault the lines of their enemies with a ferocity that surpasses the bravery of the Goblins around them. When a Nob is with their kin, it seems that the Goblins' own attack develops and grows in the middle of combat, expanding in its tenacity.   Sloms-Nobz are Level VI Goblins.   Gear: Pinkraznar (Longsword), Dagger, Chainmail, Znarcisheld (Shield), 8 GP.

Ideals

Order. (Lawful) Sloms-Nobz pursue order, even though it may be a strange proclivity in a Goblin. They seek to establish normativity and maintain its stability, which may explain why the towns and cities are more organized.

Bonds

Kinsmen. (Personality) These Goblin nobility have kept the relations between each other as positive and seek to maintain congruent perspectives with each other. They also have a tendency to investigate injustices to their lower kinsmen.

Flaws

Cautious. (Occupation) In their planning of cities and towns, they can sometimes take more time than necessary. In hostile situations, they may hesitate in combat before committing to an assault, allowing for extra time to their opponent.

Suggested Environments

The nobility of the Sloms reside inside the cities and towns of the Goblin species as they pertain to the lower classmen, such as Swordsmen or even Vortrupps. Archers and other low level Goblins are seen as an internal priority for them, and thanks to that the Sloms-Nob can be found nearby encampments, urban environments, forests, and typically some form of established Goblin society.

Unique Traits.
Leadership of da Nobz.
In battle, the presence of a Nob instills a confidence inside the Goblin spirit. While a Nob is in combat with other Goblins, those Goblins have an added 5 feet of movement on land, and a +1 to their attack rolls.
Organized Defense.
While a Nob is within 15 feet of a Goblinoid ally, the ally present gains 1 AC.
Reinforcements.
A Sloms-Nob can summon reinforcements once per combat, adding 1d4+1 Goblin Swordsmen to the combat at their will. If there is no Goblin presence nearby, a Sloms-Nob cannot use this ability.

Actions

Multiattack. A Sloms-Nob can make two attacks with its Pinkraznar, the longsword in its possession.

Pinkraznar. +7 to hit, single target. 5 ft. range, 19 3d10+3 Slashing damage.
